Followed by "Atletico" and "Lance", the slogan "Azerbaijan - Land of Fire" may appear on T-shirts of "Lazio". The negotiations with the Rome club are conducted at the state level.
If in the near future the parties reach an agreement, "Lazio" will receive EUR 40 mln, and the first T-shirt of the club will be advertising Summer Games "Baku-2015".
The initial talks on the matter were held on March 5, when Rome hosted a presentation of the Summer Games, which was attended by the First Lady of Azerbaijan Mehriban Aliyeva. At the current stage the negotiations are conducted by the Azerbaijani ambassador to Italy Vagif Sadigov.
Under the deal, at the first stage the Azerbaijani government will pay "Lazio" EUR 12 mln.
